Pramacare seeks to help as many people as possible to remain living independently in their own homes, so it is always looking for more Care Attendants and offers good rates of pay.
Do you live in Poole, Bournemouth or East Dorset? Are you a caring discreet individual with bundles of common sense? Then this could be the job for you. You would need to be able to work 15 or more hours a week helping with personal care, doing light housework, shopping, or preparing meals. Your own transport is essential, but a mileage allowance is given as well as all vocational training.
Pramacare is a registered provider with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). We value and invest in our Care Attendants, each one has to complete an induction course and work-shadowing before starting their Pramacare work. We also provide monthly Care Attendants meetings with ongoing training and support. Under the guidance of our qualified trainers and NVQ assessors our Care Attendants can also study for NVQ certification. And with additional qualifications, so the rate of pay increases.
