Afternoon tea raises £357.45

A team of enthusiastic volunteers hosted a delicious afternoon tea at Wimborne St.Giles Village Hall. Together Chris Read, Alison O'Toole, Anna Baker, Karen Reina, Helen Piesing, Julie Prince, Margaret Selby, Jenny Thorn and Carol House raised an amazing £357.45 for Pramacare.
"It was non-stop, and we had queues reaching outside the door," said Anna Baker, one of the helpers and a Pramacare attendant for the past seven years.
Wimborne St.Giles village Hall is a popular venue for Sunday afternoon teas from March to October and is hired out to a charity each week to raise funds.
