New NVQ assessor for Pramacare

Franco Monteregge has been appointed as an NVQ assessor with local home care charity Pramacare. Italian born Franco is part of a team of in-house trainers who are helping care attendants to achieve vocational training and NVQ awards.
When asked what he loves about his job Franco said: "I like to encourage and to see people develop and reach their potential."
Pramacare is committed to providing the very highest standard of care. It is a registered provider with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and an approved provider with Social Services in Poole, Bournemouth and East Dorset.
All Pramacare care attendants receive induction training before they start work. This training is ongoing with continuous updates and career development. Some of Pramacare's care attendants have also been selected as Care Ambassadors with the government run Partners in Care scheme.
