Before heading off to Scotland they performed live on Hope FM's Community Matters show and then they hosted a free concert at St. John's Church, Wimborne. A retiring collection was taken after the concert for local charity Pramacare which raised £429.23.
"It was a fun to have the four piece Sax Collective performing live in the studio," says Hope FM's Community Matters presenter and producer Fiona Julian. "I hope their performance has inspired other budding musicians."
Soprano saxophonist Sophie Parkhouse of Wimborne adds. "St. John's Church said that we could use their facilities to rehearse for our Edinburgh show, so we decided to have a free concert with a retiring collection for local home care charity Pramacare."
