Job Opportunities

The need for help and care in the home is increasing year on year so we are always looking to recruit new Care Attendants*. We currently have the following employment opportunities:

Care Attendants - Swanage
Location:	We are expanding our services to cover the Swanage area and are now recruiting staff to fulfil this need. Contracted hours may be available for the initial 3 - 6 month period.
Working hours:	A minimum of 15 hours with a mix of days, evenings and alternate weekend working is required.
Holiday time:	5.6 weeks per annum to include Bank Holidays
Rates of pay:	From £6.52 to £7.49 depending on qualifications plus enhanced rates for unsocial working up to £11.25 per hour
Care Attendants - Wimborne
Location:	Working in the Wimborne area, we urgently need more staff to match the growing demands for our services. Previous experience is not required as full training is provided. You must have your own car.
Working hours:	Variable - a minimum of 15 hours is expected. You should be available to work a combination of days, evenings and alternate weekends.
Holiday time:	5.6 weeks per annum (inclusive of public and bank holidays)
Rates of pay:	Starting rate of £6.52 per hour rising to £7.49 per hour with NVQ2. Evenings and weekends are paid at a premium up to £11.25 per hour for NVQ rates on a Sunday. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile. Other benefits include Stakeholder Pension Scheme and company sick pay.
Care Attendants - Blandford
Location:	Blandford and surrounding areas
Working hours:	Can you be flexible and work a combination of days, evenings and alternate weekends? A minimum of 15 - 20 hours per week would be expected. Must have own car.
Holiday time:	5.6 weeks per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
Rates of pay:	Starting rate of £6.52 with premiums paid for unsocial hours. NVQ rate is £7.49 per hour Mileage paid at 45p per mile. We also offer a Stakeholder pension scheme and company sick pay.

Care Attendant
Location:	Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ferndown, Blandford, Wimborne and Wareham
Working hours:	Hours are variable and arranged by agreement with individual applicants. Some evening and weekend working (alternate) will be expected.
Holiday time:	5.6 weeks per annum (pro rata)
Rates of pay:	Starting rate £6.52 per hour or £7.49 per hour with NVQ2 in Care, premium paid for evening and weekend hours Mileage paid at 45p per mile We also offer Stakeholder pension scheme and company sick pay
